Weight
This has been something I have struggled with forever. Weird, right? lol I mean who hasn’t
So, it is time for me to get off my butt (again) and get it to the gym. Tomorrow (today) Josh and I start going to the gym everyday for at least 30days in a row.
I was a little hesitant to post pictures, but thanks to another diary i read, I got the guts.
My unofficial weight is like 148
My goal weight? I would like to see 120 on the scale. Not at the end of the 30 days…but that is my goal.
Ok…well I am going to try to update this every week with the progress.
And so it begins!
Good for you. 🙂 You’ll thank yourself in the end! I was so ashamed 30 pounds ago, and I looked repulsive. But I’m thankful I have those photos to compare to because I wouldn’t be able to see the changes I’ve made. And I think you look great. 🙂 A few weeks at the gym, tone up and I think you’ll feel great. It’s not like you have a bunch of weight to lose or anything.
