Ego & Opposites

A wise man once said,

That he had no head

Just a point in space

Where sights and sounds coelesce

Acquaintance to no one

This smiling shaman

reassured disorientation;

decentralized, mirrored, egoity

Anxiety from a sense of self?

Desire not envied wealth

A wish best left not granted;

gentle, clenched fist of equanimity

You razored enunciation

Your uplifting condemnation

My loving hostage speaks:

“If I am gratified, you’ll know peace”

The Insecure ego proclamation

I AM the central implication

From doubt his loudness came

And his silence from the same
