Baby Time?

I have not updated in freaking forever. It’s really rather didiculous. There are so many things I want to talk about, but so little time any more.

I’m sitting listening to the Final Fantasy Advent Children soundtrack on bluelaguna.net. I do recommend going there if you’re into good modern classical.

I have a sty in my left eye. It’s been there about a week, and it’s just barely coming to a head now. I do hope it goes away before the baby gets here, as I do not want to forever be in my newborn’s pics with a sty.

I am relaxing a lot more lately, knowing that I am never doing overtime at UOP again unless it’s purely for money. I used to whore my time to that company just to get some more students in, but quite frankly, it’s not worth the time. I’m doing better at my job, too, as of my decision.

We are looking for real estate in Casa Grande, which is about a third of the way between here and Tuscon. It’ll likely be in the $150,000 range, but the profits will be nice.

I have put school on hold for a while, and am likely to be going to real estate school soon. I intend to pick up a lot of certificates that will allow me to make a lot more money while I go to school.

I got a guitar for my birthday. Been wanting one for a long time. I have yet to pick it up. I might tonight, as I have some time. I have decided what i want to do when it comes to writing music. I want to write an entire album in which each song seamlessly leads into the next. Kinda like a concept album, but without a single break between songs.

I’m also working to get back in shape now. I have begun running. I barely make it halfway around the block before I’m out of breath, but I’m making progress. I am then going to spend four months working on my ability to jump(there’s a program I read about a few years ago in TORO magazine that outlines, day-by-day how to increase vertical leap by at least two feet. I’ll post it when I can find the magazine.) I will then start learning parkour. I eventually want to join the Tough Guy race in England. <—That's a link, by the way.

Other than that, we’re just waiting on little Cadence to get here. The little guy’s being pretty obstinate. The OB has scheduled Shasta to be induced next wednesday if we do not have the baby sooner. So, guaranteed baby time soon. In the meantime, though, Shasta has hundreds of contractions a day, and is in a lot of pain most of the time, and simply very tired. But she’s a stubborn brat, and will rarely sit down and let me do things for her. She’s a good wife. Much too good sometimes, I think. Makes me quite happy.

I think that’s about it, except that I now have a facebook. Just look for Mickey M.

That’s about it for now. If I think of more, I’ll definitely post it.
