Wearing Thin

Ok, what a day from hell, sheesh.  We’ve been having a lot of problems with our internet lately and its become extremely irritating. It keeps going out, so I reboot the system like I always do, but it hasn’t been working, and its the SAME thing a tech would tell me if I called them. Soooooooo I still can’t get it to work, and DAY number three I called them AGAIN and they tell me to …guess…yes, thats it, REBOOT the system. Ha, and it works. Apparently it just takes a computer geek to tell me how to do it. Sigh. But today was worse then that, the stupid modem wasn’t working and so I called tech AGAIN and they had me pulling and replugging all kinds of different wires just to SEE what it could be. THEN they wanna charge me 30 bucks for a tech to come out in 3 days. HA they’re funny. I have to pay for internet service I can’t even use and you wanna charge me to have some one come look at it? Screw that buddy, take it out of my bill if paying him is so important. I think they tamper with people’s internet and equipment so customers are forced to call and have a tech come out to their house. I was already frustrated because this has been an issue for the past week, constantly losing the net for no reason. So the lady one the phone kept saying she didn’t know what it could be. blah blah blah, so I got fed up and told her to put some one on that did! Lol. I HATE being a problem customer, because I deal with them all the time, but come on! Why be an internet tech if you don’t know the ins and outs of the internet??? Seriously. Im not being cocky, because I am not that computer smart, but I garuntee I know more than she did.

So THEN, I take my cell phone off the charger and went to call my mom and 2 minutes later the battery started beeping at me saying it was low! THIS has been going on for two weeks. And I am 1 month past my warrenty expiration date. Grrr. So I call verizon, I go through the whole spill with some lady, she puts me on hold, and says my wait time will be 7 minutes, I say okay, and 15 minutes later some one says hello and then hangs up! O M G. So I call back TWICE and end up on hold for 30 minutes. FINALLY I get some one and a new battery is freakin 50 bucks! lol. Man, screw that. Soooooooo instead of being able to use my nice, expensive camera phone, I had them reactivate the crappy nokia I got when my first phone died. So I guess when I can afford a new battery I will get to use my flip phone again, who knows.

Plus I don’t get to go out tonight. The girl I was going to go out with has to stay home because her boyfriend is getting his son this weekend and she wants to play stepmom. But thats okay, I am used to spending Saturday nights at home. Nothing new there =) maybe we can get together another time.  I can’t even fill out the financial aid forms because I can’t even afford that. Its 50 bucks just to fill it out and send it in.  Sigh..everything just costs so much money and I just DON’T have it. I don’t know what I am going to do. It needs to be filled out. The only think I know is to put it on a credit card and just pay it off. I am thinking I might even need another student loan. Never ending cycle of adulthood, welcome Hanna.

I just feel really frustrated today.  It feels like anything that can go wrong, will or has gone wrong. And its stupid little petty stuff that is making me lose my patience. But I just wanted to vent…Ima go take a shower and hopefully loosen up a bit. Maybe the rest of the day will go smoother for me. I hope I hope.
