updatey

Just got back from watching the new Resident Evil, I was surprised at how good it was and how much I enjoyed it.  Naturally they left it open for another sequel…  I guess you can’t have everything tied up that neatly in 3 movies now, can you?  Now to just re-watch the first two and I will be all set.  I really hope that I don’t have any zombie nightmares tonight.  🙁

Matt made it to Veldhoven in one piece.  I guess the internet at his hotel costs something insane like $100 per week to use so he said eff that and will e-mail me from work.  I missed his phone call this morning, not sure if he was calling from the hotel or a calling card or what since his cell phone doesn’t work over there.  I’m just glad he called, I wouldn’t have worried TOO much if he hadn’t.  🙂  I just hope he has a good time over there amidst the training – I’m sure that he will.  I asked him to buy me something pretty like a shirt or a necklace/earrings or a bag of some sort.  I also want him to bring me back a Heine!  If he doesn’t bring me anything that is okay too, I will just be happy to have him back home with me.  He gets back next Sunday afternoon so it is less than a week now!  I’m taking next Saturday night off so it’ll be another short week for me.  Have to love PTO!

I need to post the pics from the trip to the Luray Caverns last week.  Man, I need to post pictures from Stephanie’s trip!  I need to re-size those babies and send Stephanie the copies that I have.  Lazy much?  Yes, yes I am.

Tomorrow’s agenda includes but is not limited to getting Lola’s emissions checked, dropping my old plates off at the DMV, stopping by work to fix my credit card info so I can get my Gizmo and 2GIG SD card from crucial.com ordered.  I need to return a shirt I bought for Matt that he likes but it doesn’t like him(his words, not mine…I thought it looked hot).

Today I had lunch at Foster’s Grille with Junior and then we hung out at Starbucks for a while.  Junior bought a 2008 VW Rabbit and man am I JEALOUS!  Very nice little car!  There is nothing wrong with my Lola though so she is a keeper until I need to upgrade.  🙂  I am wondering what kind of car Matt will be getting when his lease is up in July.  Not sure if he’s going to go with another Subaru or something else.  I admit that Soobie’s have grown on me a bit and I’ve considered getting one sometime in the future.  If I ever move anywhere that has more wintery weather I will get one for sure, all-wheel drive is a good thing!

Anywho I suppose that is all from me for now.  Well, just one picture.  I was dinking around with the black and white settings while Widget was mid-yawn.
