moved in…almost.

Almost all moved into the new apartment!

Neither Matt nor I were very organized during the whole moving process but I guess that is okay, it was thrown at us quite suddenly.  But all is well.

I think once we’re all settled in I’m really going to like this place.  It’s roomier, tons of storage space and we’ve got faster internet and digital cable with oodles of channels!  I see some major TV watching for me in the future.  🙂

Still slowly bringing stuff over from the old place.  Matt and Rich moved all the big stuff yesterday(a HUGE thanks to Rich as he was our only helper although I had another volunteer but he wound up having to babysit) and I unpacked and organized a few things here and there.  I was freaking exhausted all day from working half of a shift the night before.  I’m useless when it comes to lifting heavy things and I’ve got this paranoia about carrying anything big up and down stairs.  So yay for being useless!  I did what I could though.

Widget seems to be okay with the new place, he’s still busy taking "inventory"(ie smelling EVERYTHING) as we unpack.  He’s not a scardey cat like all the other animals I know so him not hiding in the closet for a few days was a surprise to me, Matt just said that all of the cats that I know are weird.  Hehe. 🙂

Anywho, I need to go unload my car and then go back to the old apartment for some more junk…is it ever going to be over?!
