I just felt like writing.
Two updates in one day! Hot damn that hasn’t happened in a very long time around here.
Had my sushi date with J5 and Ida at Korshi, a sushi buffet. I don’t usually do buffets so I told him it meant a lot that I was willing to do a SUSHI BUFFET. J5 just laughed at me like he usually does. 🙂 It was pretty tasty though, they had a lot of cooked food other than sushi and a pretty tasty dessert table. Needless to say I was fairly stuffed afterward and wasn’t feeling very good so no trip out to Woodbridge for us. Maybe tomorrow I will feel more up to it.
So Matt got his new iPhone with Verizon today. He’s having fun trying to figure it out. 🙂 I think my transition into iPhone will not be quite so bad since I am fairly used to my iPod Touch and other Mac items. I’m really flipping excited about getting an iPhone this month! I looked up early termination fees just to see how much it would be since I am almost done with my contract and it would be $50. Which would almost be worth it to me if I could actually get an iPhone on the day that it comes out. I am that sick of my BlackBerry. Well, not so much the brand just my phone in particular. I’ve been dealing with this lemon for almost two years – so over it.
I did some browsing around online at Gap to see if they had any blue t-shirt comparable to Matt’s old Sunday Shirt(see prior entry if you are confused) and I did see two blue shirts but not sure either of them are an exact match. I think if we do go to Woodbridge tomorrow I’ll see what the Gap Outlet has and then go from there. I decided to wait and use it as a Valentine’s Day present since that is what the original Sunday Shirt was, a Valentine’s Day gift. I am wanting to get Matt some new cologne too but I’ve already told him my intentions on that. I want him along so we can kind of pick something out together so I don’t get anything that he wouldn’t be able to stand wearing. Let me know if you have any cologne suggestions for me to sniff while I am out searching, please.
I asked my love to get me an ice cream cake for my birthday this year. Since he had to work Weds-Sat nights last week he didn’t have a lot of time to stop and get one for me. He snuck it into the house on Sunday sometime though and I finally had a piece tonight:
Why yes, I do have my eyes on the prize. This is also us testing out the camera on the iPhone. I’m sure with a little experimenting the pictures will get better. 🙂 Oh, I also licked that plate clean. Thank you Carvel for making yum-yum.
Okey dokey I think I am done writing again. Later taters. 🙂
I am jealous! Since Verizon is getting the iPhone I am seriously considering getting one when I am due for an upgrade in April. I have an EnV3 and it’s such a pile of junk! It used to randomly turn itself off all of the time, like when you closed the phone, or set it down. Things got better when I heard the tip about putting a business card under the battery…

But then around the time I moved to Huron the outside speaker quit working… so the only way to talk to someone is on speaker phone with the phone awkwardly open… or else to open and close the display several times in a row hoping that miraculously the outside speaker begins working.

If I had that I would lick my plate clean too. I notice you eat sushi. :-0 I remember at Nobu you were about as into it as I was. Have you developed a taste for it? I wouldn’t want an iPhone because it has no buttons (I’m a buttons girl and don’t like touch screens), but I was contemplating switching to Verizon anyway. Once I cancel my brother’s line (ugh $200), the other three lines on my contract are all expired, so this would be a good time to do it. I just don’t know that Verizon would be all that much better. We’ve had lots of dropped calls and such. ryn: I am getting 1400 federal and 500-something state. I really don’t mind talking about money much. I just realize sometimes that I reveal an awful lot about my finances which probably isn’t wise on the internet, even with my restricted OD audience. But you’re a pal, you can know how much money I have. 🙂

Oh and I think Verizon would be more expensive. Decisions decisions.

Oh! And ryn about high BP: My BP has always been on the low side (hence all my passing out in the past and they won’t let me sell plasma), but my problem is my cholesterol. I was taking a medicine that made it high, but I stopped and I haven’t been able to get it down, probably due to my crappy diet. Maybe I should start eating Cheerios or something.

I’ve never had a BB. J had one though and I hated that thing. It was SO not user friendly. I <3 my Android based phone though.

Haha I love you attacking that cake 🙂 ryn: Definitely pictures! And I will try to get a video of Loki. She’s hilarious. Scott should just be on nights from now on. It’s something like 3 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on, 3 days off or something like that. I’m not sure what department, but he posted this video on Facebook that he says is a couple years old but is of the fab where heworks. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PecKlm6VutU

HOT DAMN you’re right! I love when you update! <3 I can’t wait for my iPhone. I’m an Apple product whore, but I refused to leave Verizon for AT&T. My patience has paid off, wheeeee! $50 is not so bad to cancel your contract. Love the pic! 😀

RYN: That’s the massage bar I had! Just loved using the thing.

Jacob has an iphone and I desperately want one myself. You’ll have to let me know how you like Verizon’s. I know their are a few differences but not many. A cologne that Jacob has that I love is from Victorias Secret and it’s called “Very Sexy (for him)”. I happen to love it. Ashley
