heh, oops.

 I failed miserably at DePhoMo, hahaha.  Oh well.  🙂  Had a few late nights at work last week so by the time I got home I was not really feeling like doing a whole lot.  Spent Friday evening wrapping up Matt’s Christmas gift from Toby and Jess.  Jess asked if she could have it shipped out here and if she did if I’d be willing to wrap it up.  Of course I said yes even though it was quite the task:

I would say what it is but just in case Matt reads this I won’t.  I received my Christmas gift from Toby and Jess as well – an all edge brownie pan!  I should try it out tonight so Matt can take brownies into his office tomorrow I suppose.

Right now I am listening to the Cardinals/Rams game while Matt is trying to figure out what is wrong with his Jeep.  We got in it this morning to go get some lunch and watch the Denver game but it was NOT running well.  No power to it really and it was shifting rough.  Not sure if it’s the transmission or something with the fuel pump maybe?  All I know is that when I drove it on Tuesday it was fine.  I still feel extremely guilty because I was the last person to drive it.  He knows how careful I am with cars though and that I wouldn’t drive it if it didn’t ‘feel’ right.  He pulled out the torque converter and said it needed to be cleaned so maybe that’s all that it is.  I have my fingers crossed!

Anyway if you haven’t guessed Matt is home. 🙂  He was due in yesterday around 3:30PM but Schiphol was rather snowy so his flight was delayed.  He got in around 5:45PM or so which was right when I left work(I asked John if I could leave about an hour early and he said that I could).  Picked Matt up and we stopped at 5 Guys for dinner and then we were back home so Matt could unpack.  He unpacked his suitcases and then pulled me into the bedroom for some lovin’. 🙂  Did that, showered and then watched some of The Walking Dead to get Matt caught up for the season finale tonight!  We had some more lovin’ at 5:00AM this morning.  I woke up to use the restroom and when I got back into bed I was taken advantage of.  Nothing like some sleepy doggy style sex, haha.

Alright I guess I should go move the laundry over…  Matt brought home two things for me: beer and laundry. 😉  Later taters!

I received some extremely sad and heartbreaking news tonight from my little sister.  A friend of hers passed away.  I am friends with her husband, Zach.  I did not know Tawny but I am completely shocked and saddened.  I can’t imagine how Zach is feeling.  Or any of Tawny’s family.  All I can think about is how young she is.  How their happily ever after was cut so short.  I don’t understand sometimes.
