captain and coke

Where has all of my rum gone?  Oh, it’s in my belly. 

Matt’s sleeping…I’m drinking.  And painting my finger and toe nails pretty shades of blue.  Yaaaay!  Oh, watching Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory as well; I still think the orginal was better even though this one is a wee bit closer to the book.  Willy is just too eccentric in this movie…even though I love Johnny Depp.

It’s the weekend and I am so happy!  I think we’re going to go to Baltimore tomorrow to see the aquarium.  Probably find some form of trouble to get into while we’re there as well.  I haven’t been to Baltimore since I moved out to the east coast so I imagine there are lots of things to explore.  I guess we’ll see, maybe I will feel motivated to take pictures tomorrow.

I really hope this makes sense…I’m kind of rambly right now.  Rambly is fun!

I need to clean out my car and give her some TLC.  Poor girl is filthy.  I’m such a bad car mom…

La la la!

I have the Oscar Meyer bologna song stuck in my head.  Johnny 5-0 was singing it at work last night and it’s been stuck there ever since.  Not fair.

Went to Wal*Mart today and listened to this lady whine about the long lines.  "How is this possible?!  I can’t believe this!  Why aren’t there more cashiers?!?"  It’s Wal*Mart!  What, do you think you’re the ONLY person that shops there on a Saturday afternoon?  Ugggh.  When I see long lines I go meander around a bit more and head back up after the rushes die down.  What’s the point in being a whiner about it?  Other than providing me with something to laugh at, of course.

I wanted to get the new Modest Mouse cd but they didn’t have it.  *sniffles*  Maybe I’ll get it tomorrow.  Not like my CD player works in my car anyway…I really should go get that replaced.

Rum rum rum I love rum.  You know what else I love?  Matt. 

Still homesick for AZ.  I don’t know why.  Just am.  I want to go visit before April and Pete head off to the Dominican Republic but I don’t think that’s going to be happening.  I guess maybe in August when they get back?  I should go visit my mom for a weekend anyway, I think she misses me.  I feel like such an asshole for living way over on the other side of the country from my family and friends sometimes.  In a way this move was the best thing for me, so many good things have happened for me…but I left behind so many things that I love.  Oh well, no point in dwelling on such things since there is nothing I can do about it.
