almost spring
Heading back to work tonight, not feeling ready for that. I’m kind of tired and feeling dizzy. Yay?
Widget’s passed out on the floor next to a GAP bag, he likes to sleep next to or on things that crinkle. I wish I could say the same thing for myself but alas, I prefer to sleep on silent things – beds or comfortable couches. However our couch is a wee bit creaky since it is leather.
Matt’s training got pushed back until May and he’ll only be gone for 3 weeks when he does go to Holland. Not a bad nor a good thing really, just a thing.
I’m probably going to take that motorcycle course and learn to ride at either the end of April or begining of May. I’m not sure which just yet! The classes are filling up so quickly! I need to get my butt in gear to figure out what days to take off so I can pay my $350.00 and register. Seems expensive but I’ve heard it is a great course from co-workers and they provide the helmet, gloves and bike for you to learn on. It’s a 3 day thing, 5 hours per day and you don’t even have to go to the DMV to take the test to get the motorcycle class put on your license. You receive a certificate saying that you are able to ride and just go and update your license at the DMV. If I grasp the motorcycling thing well I intend on buying a bike for myself, they are generally pretty affordable and I need a hobby.
Maybe this weekend I will get some spring cleaning/organizing done around here. I am so sick of how lazy I am yet I don’t do anything to change it! Grr! I think I need someone to motivate me to do these things.
Yesterday we were out shopping and I mentioned wanting to eat at Chili’s so we drove down to the Bull Run Plaza. Matt mentioned that the Indian food place on the corner had been turned into a Thai place, I decided that Thai sounded much better than Chili’s so we went. It was fabulous! Great little place and bar, not to mention the food was excellent! I am sure we will go back again sometime soon.
I never really know what to write about anymore. Any thoughts or ideas from anyone? What would you like to read?
Okey I’m going to finish this up. Later taters. 🙂
we had indian food for lunch today – had been almost a year since we’d done that! yum. we ALMOST went for thai lol we have this thai place here in town that i’ve been going to for 4 years and they are like family. and it’s soooo good.

Ooo!! The motorcycle course sounds fun. I wanna do that someday and get me a nice bike to ride on! 😀 I hope you feel better soon. *hugs* You mentioned Chili’s. Now I’m hungry for it. I love Chili’s. RYN: It’s true! The thought was more important than what was actually eaten. Thus me eating a hot dog. 🙂

Mmm. Chili’s actually sounds quite tasty lol. I am thankful it’s almost spring too. YAY for Matt not having to be gone so long. Nick wants to get a motorcycle. I want him to so I can ride on it. Your class sounds so fun! And it’s not long at all, which is kind of nice. How’s school going? Ashley

I’ve only had Thai one time and it was a horrific experience. Mushy veggies coated with an even mushier breading, and it all tasted like soap. I also found a few black hairs tucked inside of a spring roll type thing. Ew! Hope you are well. 🙂
