 On the bright side the cabinets were delivered today.  On the other side they won’t be installed until Monday or Tuesday…  And after that we have to wait another week for the counter tops to come in.   Boy I was LIVID earlier today when Matt told me.  It took me about half an hour to get over it and move on – what is another couple of weeks without a kitchen?  😉  So November 17th is when the kitchen should be done other than the dishwasher and microwave.

I was sitting next to Tom tonight when Ollie came upstairs after passdown, he took one look at me and told me that I needed a vacation, haha.  I was like I KNOW, right?  December will be here soon enough.  🙂  I do believe I am going to take the 18th off for shits and giggles if Gabe will let me.  I figure I can take some time to unpack everything in the kitchen and get it organized.  I am thinking this weekend we’ll get more stuff moved upstairs since the painting is done and all of that.

So!  The new bed!  Very nice.  I have been sleeping well the past couple of nights and can’t wait to sleep in on Sunday.  I haven’t been overly hot on it either and I tend to wake up hot and sweaty a lot.  But it’s also been quite cool in here at night so maybe that’s it.  But we also have a few blankets on us plus Matt is a heater.  I’ll pay more attention to the next few nights.

Alright our late dinner is done and I am going to sip some more on my champagne.  Later taters. 🙂
