Don’t Shoot the Piano Player

Don’t shoot the piano player, but feel free to buy me shots!  I’m on a gigging hot streak.  I’ve played everything from a praise service to R&B ,and this Saturday I’m working with a singer at a restaurant.  I’m also working as a part time chef for a catering company.  I’m stopping cooking in two weeks, so I can actually have a vacation before the school year starts in late August.  Although I love the work, I feel like I will explode at the sight of one more chicken breast, carton of heavy cream, or stick of butter.

Speaking of food, J and I dined at a gourmet establishment named Bistro Time on our anniversary.  The food was exemplary and I look forward to eating there again.  Tonight we ate Turkish for the first time – wow!  Great fresh and vibrant flavors.  I’m downloading Turkish recipes to make at home this week.  J and I are doing better again.  We are too stubborn to divorce.  After the last crisis calmed down, we took a mental inventory of this first year in San Antonio and realized that we’ve worked through most of our issues.  We still have to sort  a few things out, but our vows did state "for better or worse."

I’m hopeless at html.  I want to have a great front page, but I don’t know shit about code.  Any help would be appreciated.  I mainly want to add pictures and those humerous count down icons.

I’ve wanted to eat Turkish but if I don’t like it I don’t want to spend the money on it.

Pictures and stuff is easy. Just get whatever pics you want uploaded onto an image hosting site like Photobucket (www.photobucket.com, it’s free) then just copy the code it gives you for where it says HTML link (it should copy it for you) then paste it on your front page description. The basic code for posting an image is: , minus the period. That should apply for the tickersand stuff, too, those usually just give you the code to paste after you make them. Hope that helps! If you have any questions about that, just ask. But I really don’t know much more than that very basic stuff, so if it’s more complicated, I probably can’t help. ;- Oh, and I’m glad you and J are working things out. That’s awesome! ;-D

Ahhhh…… was in Dick’s Last Resort about a month or so ago…. My 12 year old & a friend wanted to eat there…… Thought about you…………
