With both President Bush and the Iranian president in New York to address the UN, today would have been a perfect opportunity for the two leaders to sit down in private and conduct some serious discussions concerning the present crisis in the Middle East.  Instead, both sides are still rattling sabers and posturing for the media.  Bottom line: when old men posture, young men perish.
