Shower Stuff

Does anybody know the ettiqute on who is supposed to give the shower?  I was told I’m not because it makes the family look greedy, but she’s my sister.  I want to be the one who does stuff for her.  Anyway, I don’t really give a shit.  I’m giving the shower.

That’s the invite I’m ordering.  I think all the decorations will go off the colors.  Its from tinyprints.
