I went to the appointment on Fri.  I ended up really disappointed because I should have gone sooner. If I had of gone sooner, I would have gotten into classes faster. The pre-reqs are already full. Its fine. I have a total of five that I have to take anyway. A full load is twelve hours. I’ll take three of the classes I need in the fall plus one bullshit class to make a full load and in the spring I will get the last two that were full already plus whatever I need to take a full load. Its adding another semester, but its my fault for not getting off my ass and going.

Well, let me back up here for a sec. First I have to be accepted by the university. I filled out my application and sent it in with the $40 application fee (highway robbery). Who the fuck can afford to apply at more than one university. That is unfucking believable that they can charge that much. Its such crap. Oops, sorry, tangent. So anyway, I guess here’s hoping that they accept me.

I filed my FAFSA too. That wasn’t so much like pulling teeth. They have a really great set up that links straight with the IRS. It took the majority of info from them so I didn’t have to spend too much time looking up all my numbers. I already got a conformation back today saying it was accepted and will be sent to the schools I made it available too.

Now it’s just a matter of wait and see.

I think I’m gonna take the kids swimming. I don’t feel like sitting still.
