You argue too much. Arguing is probably one of the most destructive things in a relationship and who would have guessed that it could be ENTIRELY AVOIDED by one person not arguing back. Next time someone tries to argue with you just relax. They’ll find it incredibly hard to have an argument with someone who doesn’t shout back.

You’re not a bragger, that’s excellent. Most people can’t stand it when other people brag to them.

You need to have an open mind. Realise that different people enjoy different things and that it doesn’t matter if people think you’re strange as long as you’re doing what you enjoy.

You have to learn to be patient. This simply requires practise.

You realise that different people have different tastes. Try to allow other people to be comfortable with their own tastes.

You have a serious problem with anger. Perhaps you don’t realise just how much you can actually control your anger. One can control one’s anger to a point where no-one can make you angry anymore. Try it out. Next time someone tries to make you angry just relax.

Try not to become angry so easily and don’t worry so much about what other people think of you.

Try not to become angry so easily. I’ve probably said this before, but it’s very important.

Your life doesn’t have much meaning. Try to be more sure about your goals in life.

Try not to worry so much.

No-one can be happy if they’re not satisfied. You have to learn to change what needs to and can be changed and be satisfied with everything else. It may sound like a very difficult thing to do, but it’s not. It takes just a moment to tell yourself ‘I am completely satisfied’ and believe it. You have a problem with jealousy. Realise that it doesn’t actually matter how happy other people are compared to yourself.

Many people find it hard to enjoy something if they’re told to do it. Treat difficulties as challenges. Be excited about as much as you can!

e=”3″>You have an excellent relationship with at least one person that you spend time with. This helps your happiness considerably.Be honest. It’ll improve your relationships and you won’t feel guilty. Others will respect your honesty.

You don’t have a very open mind. Try to understand other peoples’ points of view and rethink whether the things that you know are really true.

Try giving people compliments more often. Just about everyone likes receiving compliments, but make sure that they’re honest.

Try to smile more. You may not agree with this, but it’ll make people like you more and seem much more friendly. Smile when you greet, when you talk on the phone. Practise in the mirror. Learn to fake a smile so well that it becomes a real smile. People can often see if you’re faking, so it can help to think of something really stupid or ridiculous in order to smile.

You can improve your confidence. Be sure of yourself. One way to improve your confidence is through practise. Put yourself into situations which require confidence and learn to change nervousness into excitement!

Try listening to happy music. It will make you feel happier.
