Me, Rob Thomas and The Today Show.

That’s right, read the words below.  I am lucky, again, to have won for the second time, a free pass to see Rob perform on the Today Show.

Here it is:

Hi Tamara,

I’m writing to notify you that you have won a pass to the Rob Thomas appearance on The Today Show in New York City, NY on Friday July 3, 2009. 

The location where you need to check in for this event is ____________________________on the east side of the entrance. 

You will need to arrive no later than 6:00AM!

Your name will be on the Radio Winner list.  You will need to line up along the building on the East side with the Radio winners.  There will be a lot of people there, so make sure that you are in the correct line.

There will be other people lined up on the West side.  Do not go into that line! 

Please refer to yourself as a Radio winner as any other title might get you put somewhere you shouldn’t be.

An All Access Today staff member will be present to assist you in getting checked in.  Her name is Christy Thomas and she can be contacted via email at ________________ or if it is urgent, she can be reached on her cell phone at __________________.

The pass is a single pass for one person only.  Per the news item posted in the fan club website, you are responsible for your lodging and transportation to and from New York City. 

Please bring a copy of this confirmation with you to the event along with a valid photo ID.  If you cannot make it to this event, please let me know as soon as possible so that we can give another fan club member the opportunity to participate.

Once again, please note the 6:00AM cutoff time on the day of the event!
