♥ So, things between Ed and I are forever changing. It’s most certainly the roller coaster ride of my life. There have been so many ups and downs and even a few loops that turn things completely upside-down. The thing about roller coasters though, is that they’re fun and you sometimes don’t want to get off.

I don’t feel like getting off. Even through all the loops and downs- the ups are so high that it makes the ride worth while. The view from the top has been and is always incredible.

I’m trying to remember the last time I wrote about him and what has happened since. Things weren’t good a week ago after his wife got his phone. Last weekend was one of those above mentioned "loops" or "downs" on the ride. I’d say it made me sick to my stomach. It wasn’t until Sunday night that I heard from him- probably because I caved and sent him a message telling him to contact me immediately.

Wait, did I write about this already? I feel like I maybe did.

Regardless, we met first thing Monday morning and spent 2 1/2 hours talking. YES! I did write about this. He told me he loved me.

ok.. moving on then.

Since our conversation, things between us have been (*knock on wood*) on a huge upswing. Yes, yes, I know what that means- what goes up must come down. I’m preparing for that.  For now though, I’m loving the fact that we’re talking every day and that he’s the one to always message me first. I’m loving what we talk about. I’m loving that he’s making plans. I’m loving that we talked on the phone for the first time last night instead of just texting or emailing. I know, right? We haven’t talked on the phone!! It was incredible and we talked until 3am and had a lot of fun with it, if you know what I mean. I fell asleep and he went on working (the overnight shift) and then he sent me an email at 7:30 to tell me he was home and what his plans for the day included.

Now back to him making plans. We were talking this week about wanting to spend some time together or having a "special" date (don’t ask what makes it special). We talked about a lot of things- like running away together to Amsterdam- or the more affordable and logical Toronto. Then he messaged me and told me he wanted to hook us up with a hotel room for Monday February 4th. I, of course, was loving the idea and we agreed that it was set. It wasn’t until today that I really started thinking about that date… the 4th… holy shit! The 4th of February will be exactly 6 months since we started talking. Fluke? Likely. I doubt he’s thinking about that- but it’s still cool all the same.
