So close I can taste it…

It was a frustrating morning trying to tape the right stripes on my wall. We tried a laser level, a measuring tape, a long piece of wood trim and various other things, but we couldn’t seem to get them straight. It became so frustrating, in fact, that I threw the tape across the room and sat on the floor for 10-15minutes to collect myself.

In the end, I didn’t do exactly what I had planned, but I did get some tape up and paint the stripes. I’m currently waiting for it to dry.

I was going to put together my desk tonight, but I’m going to see Breaking Dawn with my aunt and cousin instead. That’ll be a job for tomorrow and then I’ll be able to move it in right away.
