NJM 22 – Thinking ahead *

Dear Diary;

I got an email from Kim, my boss at Davern, this morning. She was telling me that she’s getting all kinds of applications for next summer and she wanted to know if I was interested in going back as the Wellness Coordinator again. She told me that she could see me as the Counselling Co. too, but the Wellness Co. gets paid more and she thought it would suit me better. heh. Yup.

I told her I was definitly interested in going back as Well. Co. but I didn’t know what the near future held for me. I didn’t want to give up my spot though and let someone else slip in there- so I told her that I was CERTAINLY INTERESTED and that I’d figure out the rest later. She also mentioned that her job (Director) would be availiable as of May (this is her last year). She’s not one to hold back information about her job and I really don’t want the director job now that I’ve heard everything she had to say about it. It’s a LOT of work and they (The YMCA) want a LOT from her for very, very little money. Pass. If I do go back, it will be as Well. Co and it will be for one final year.5 years wraps it up nicely I think. (Plus, I get a 5 year Davern blanket! woohoo!)

Anywho..

I don’t know what’s wrong with my cat, but he’s peeing in the basement under the stairs and not using his litter box. Not only is it disgusting and smelly, but I’m concerned that something is wrong. He never used to do this…
It doesn’t help that dad keeps saying he’ll shoot him if he doesn’t stop it. I fucking hate my dad. Who does that?? Who says that?? "I’m gonna shoot your cat if he keeps it up". Honestly. I’m gonna fucking shoot HIM if he doesn’t stop saying that.

Okay so.. Kim officially offered me the job and I accepted. I don’t have a job right NOW, but I’m set come next June.
