I want my baby

Dear Diary;

I want my baby back!

It’s all I can do not to burst into tears at work. I’m keeping myself as busy as possible so I won’t think about it.

What if she never comes home? …

Oh I feel sick..

I keep thinking horrible thoughts. She didn’t even really want out- I put her out so she’d leave the sears man alone..

What if she wandered into the field where the long grass is and something got her? Oh God.. I can’t..

She’s old and she can’t protect herself the way she used to..

I can’t handle this.

When I was emotional over my dog there was one song that I would just blare until I thought my ear drums would pop. I’d shake my head quickly back and forth as if to shake the thoughts away and I’d take a deep breath and then exhale so my lips made a weird sound. In case you were wondering, the song for me was “She’s Like The Wind” by Lumidee. I have no idea why it was that song; maybe because it was one of my favorite songs from childhood.

I randomed into your diary. I had a cat accidentally get out a few months ago..and we live in a very mountainous and wildlife ridden area…..she ran off and unfortunately for us we still have not found her….we had a person down the street also helping us look for her and they hadn’t found her either and not that he’s a replacement for her but they felt so horrible that our cat ran away that they gave us a kitten that they had that’s a miracle cat in and of himself. I hope that your cat comes back home. I know how heartwrenching it is when they run off somewhere and you can’t find them. I added you to favs so you can note back if you want to….since I’m favorite’s only. She is a beautiful cat…she is long haired like my Maine Coon. (I actually have 4 cats).
