Clearest Indication

Dear Diary;

Isn’t it weird how smells and sounds and songs and pictures can completely bring us back to a different time?

I’m at work, browsing youtube in my spare time (as always) and I came across the song Clearest Indication by Great Big Sea and my mind started to completely wander and I remember sitting in my college residence back in ’02 just before Christmas break. I lived with 5 other girls and they had all gone home for the break, I was still kicking around finishing my exams and whatnot so I had the place to myself. I remember sitting in the common area/living room with a glass of wine watching this video and thinking about Ryan (aka: melty face) and how this song was perfect for the moment and situation.  I felt really grown up.. I know that sounds weird, but it’s so true.

Anywho..

I could REALLY go for a cup of coffee right now. 4am and I’m counting the hours…
