 Dear Diary;

♥ The Olympics start tomorrow! They’re in Vancouver Canada! Yay Canada! I’ve had my red mittens for a while now and I’ve been saving them to wear this month. 

 

Canada is going to kick ass, btw. It just sucks that all the snow is going everywhere but Vancouver. Hahaha.

♥ In more depressing news- they’ve charged Col. Russel Williams with first degree murder. Jessica Lloyd was a missing person in this area (she’s from B-ville) until they found her body on Monday. Col. Williams was the colonel in command of Canada’s largest air force base – which happens to be in Trenton, only a couple of hours from here. He’s charged with not only the rape and murder of Jessica- but also of Marie France Comeau who was a corporal at CFB Trenton. They’ve just recently started linking him to a number of cold cases from the places he’s been posted. He’s got two houses in Ottawa and a cottage in Tweed- these are all very close places to home. It was scary for a while there before they found her body because they were warning everyone not to go anywhere alone in the Belleville area. 

♥ My computer is on it’s last legs. It took me 8 or 9 tries to get it to turn on this morning- I kept having to flip the whole power source on and off. It’s frustrating. Nothing seems to work.

♥ My chest STILL bothers me. I thought it had something to do with congestion because I seem to get a lot of phlegm in the back of my throat, so I’ve been taking this cough syrup that’s supposed to loosen and break up mucus and phlegm. It’s not working and I still have heaviness in my chest- which is driving me crazy and making me extremely nervous. I watched Dr. Oz yesterday and they were talking about heart disease in women and, of course, I started freaking out and thinking I was going to have a heart attack- which wouldn’t be surprising since I’m morbidly obese.
