So sad

All of a sudden
my heart has sunk
into my stomach
and I cannot stand the thought of eating

My eyes prick with held back tears
because one cannot let them pour down in the office
at a desk
in a loose cubicle

Some days do this to me
too much emotion
the unbearable weight
of so many reasons for sorrow
temporarily wash away my little baby freedom and hope
in the middle of my busy life
and I need so badly to release this
pain

It seems so true to life C. One moment we’re up…and the next we’re down. I hope by the time I put this note here… you are on the Up again. Love to you dear one. Bren

I wish I could say or do something to ease your pain, but I think I will just sit here and hope to God that by the time you read this you will be feeling happier…
