Nowhere to hide

No rock no blanket no mists to cover me
I like it this way
moving through the obstacles of change
toward a horizon that beckons
with hope and promise and future
yes there’s work in it
clarity and honesty in word and deed

No other way have I found
to live truth to the highest degree
blessed by my greatest weakness
offered the keys to a kingdom over coffee
let’s talk and reach our new conclusions
after all they are only portals
to a new set of wonderings

Exactly, I couldn’t have written it any more eloquently as you have done Ms Pilgrim Poet, nothing beats honesty in oneself or in others we interact with, sometimes truth hurts but, a lie hurts ten times more and a heart is then thrown into chaos of mistrust. I really liked this entry Cathy, it ‘rings my bell’ today. Love to you and hugs too. Bren.

I am also glad that I have no Rocks to cover me nor when I awaken and stretch out my arms that I do not feel wooden sides on the left, right or top.

Beautiful, real and filled with goodness 🙂 May you enjoy it all. Warm Hugs,

I have so much catching up to do! This is wonderful. I love it when there is strength in vulnerability.

Oh, I LOVE this. I don’t know why exactly, but it reminds me of the conversation my Girl and I had on the way back into town from the ortho this morning. We were talking about art and writing, how we sometimes see things as subject for our work, how we both think too much. This whitter seems connected to that conversation.

Gorgeous, and poignant, as usual.

Come and hide with me, sweet Seeker. Love

You are a talent! I love how you weave words. Please note me and give me wonderful advice and comfort. Thanks!
