I feel like that; like I’m cracking up.
Anyway, I have spent hours and hours trying to install Windows 2000, only to discover I’ve got a load of work to do to figure out how to make it okay; either that or uninstall it and start the whole process again, which frankly scares me. I am on ME, which I know isn’t the best, but at least this sputtering thing does what I want it to when I want it to. (Except when it acts like it is in its death throes.)
Here’s the laundry room thinking of today. Yeah, I did laundry today. I mean, here I have this cool day off so why not take advantage, right? I will hopefully catch up with folks tomorrow; not sure if I’ll post anything; but now I can hardly see clearly enough to read intelligently. So, I’m posting and then I am out of here! Be well!

I still use Windows 98!! I think it is still considered to be one of the best.. It has it moments but so far so good.. One day I will catch up in time!! Happy New Year!!!

Windows 2000 is so much better I’ll even use XP to avoid ME. Hell, I like everything from unix to linux and win 98 to the new windows 2003 sever. The only one I can’t stand is ME. lol!

ryn: I’ve never used ME I went from 98 to XP & have been pretty happy with that, but the change came with a change of machines & not just a software upgrade so I don’t have any helpful hints for you. sowey 🙁 ((hugs))
