*Snif* She’s Leavin’ (p)
So, Rose is leaving, moving away. Let’s explain. Rose has been my friend for years, but not my real girl “friend” until the last year or so. Our daughters went to school together–they were dubbed “Tara and Sara SLACKER” You could say ‘slacker’ at our house at any given moment from thier 10th thru 12 grades and either of them would answer. Slackers, they will always been in part of my mind. *giggle* Mind you, I don’t like a lot of women to begin with, per say, but Rose, well she is a gem. Rose is not a girly girl, she’s a fun lady who has the most amazing plethora of knowledge of just about everything. I didn’t say the information was neccessarily pertinent or useful at any given moment, but she has these amazing facts she whips out for given moments that simply make that moment all the more interesting. The life stories she has to tell are amazing…. truly, they are.
(Yes, I think she is bowling with her eyes closed here!)
You Guessed it—Tara and Sara “SLACKER”!!!!!!!!!!!
I’ve been *validating* Rose everyday for the last month or so–(with words and hugs and loveeeeeee and the occasional gift) since her decision to move has been on. So many people come and go through our lives, I don’t want the opportunity to let a friend I care about slip away without letting her know how truly appreciated she is.
We did all bond over bowling one night last week. This week I am planning a surprize party, thurs night. I’m making jello shots. Need I truly say more? Jello shots, baby! J–E–L–L–O!!!!!!!!
I love this picture, this is Rose and her younger daughter Cassie.
The incence is burning… and I am feeling the love.
