…and it is cold outside, October screams all around us, pushing us closer, closer until we find that spot where my head fits under his chin and he smells so good, so good, and his hand always gets tangled in the back of my hair as his other hand finds its home on the small of my back, and my arms, my arms before I know it are around his waist and the inaudible screech of my universe comes to a standstill as I speak words, words I cannot stop, no matter how hard I try…
