beautiful day

…beautiful, beautiful day today.  Sunshine, not a cloud in the sky.  I had to force myself out, given my current state of malaise.  What is bogging me down? What? I did go purchace a B-Complex vitamin to hopefully kickstart my ass!

…Off for the holiday w/end and no big plans so far. Nothing noteworthy. The Regatta is in town, but the thought of being in such close proximity of other people *smashed like sardines* is a definate turnoff.

…my friend Rachel is causing me concern lately. Alway a "recreational user" she seems to have stepped up that status a few notches causing me great alarm. I havent spent much time with her in the last few months, perhaps that is why certain behaviors-when I see her- stick out like a sore thumb. It is like watching a train wreck from afar and not being able to stop it.

…I was master of the grill tonight. Steaks and burgers grilled to perfection. Homemade mac salad and baked beans…ahhhh I am so pre-prison Marth Stewart!

…for some odd reason I like that new Marah Carey song & video "we belong together" or some silliness like that. There is something about her you can’t keep your eyes off of. Maybe that whole train wreck in progress thing. Diva, indeed.

…So do you thing Angelia Jolie is knocked up with Brad Pitts *love child*……*giggle!* My internet crusing has taken me everyhere people everywhere.
