All the Leaves are Brown and the Sky is Gray

Green turns to yellow to gold to orange to…red.

How I love falltime.

The wind is whipping tonight and raining, you can feel the change of the seasons.

Pulled/pulling a late nighter tonight. Cleaned the attic.  Someone let the cat in the attic room and closed the door and the cat must have peed in there for it STANK TO HIGH F’ING HEAVEN!!  I had to rip it all apart, everything that was packed in a garbage bags I had to repack. grrrrrrrrrrr.  Then scrub it down, lysol the begeezez out of it.  Last week it was the basement, I left a garbage pile that resembled a mountain.  Poor garbage men.  But now I feel oh-so-organized. I like to be anti-clutter. I like a clutter free zone.  I am not a nick-nacky kind of woman, I prefer the minimalistic approach to my surroundings.  Clean, smooth lines.  It is hard to achive this clutter free existience with boys who prefer to be pack rats.  Trae especially.  If he would have seen the bags and bags of toys I threw out last week he would have literally lapsed into a coma.  I kid you not.

The kids havent mentioned Halloween.  Maybe they are too big? 13 & 9? Usually they are all pumped with costume ideas weeks ahead of time.  I’ll have too look into it. I of course want to be a fairy this year. I love Halloween!

I leave you with Michelle & Michele (that’s me in the green, ewwww I look oily-shiny, gimme a compact please!)

American falls always look, in photos and the movies, so much nicer than the same time of year over here. Over here, the leaves fall off the trees and the rain turns them all to sludge! I won’t take photos 🙂

I just recently stumbled across your OD and am enjoying your entries. My best ever Halloween was when my girlfriend and I dressed as clowns to accompany our 14 and 11 year old daughters. We went trick or treating with them and had a ball – and got lots of candy. No one knew we were the parents.

While I love the colors that come from Fall I am undecided about the weather. So cold at times. How about save all of that for the winter months?

You look so cute! Sometimes I wish we had more of a fall, instead of two seasons: summer and not-summer. :)ryn: Yup, just goofing off with a new style. 🙂

The colors is what makes fall nice. ryn: so you’re gonna encourage underage drinking. Good for you!
