ahhhhhh PreSeason Football

I raced home from work tonight for Monday Night Football to watch my beloved Pittsburgh Steelers.  I cannot believe it almost that time of year again! Can you?

The Steelers did win 38-31.  I just wish we got to see Ben play, really play.  Maddox, blah.

Anywho, I’ve had this horrid, horrid migraine for 2 days now.  I finally just gave in to it and laid in bed and read a book.

I found a 20 gallon tank at the second hand store the other day with a hood, filter, the works–nets scrubbers, chemicals, ect! It had no price tag on it so I bugged the guy about it just sitting there with no tag on it and he gave it to me for $19! I swear it has never been used! I’m very excited! I’m putting it in my bedroom!  I had a 29 gallon tank I gave Tara but it is still at the old roommates place, who knows if we’ll see that again.  I have a five gallon in my kitchen with a lone betta in it.  The cat thinks it is its personal water bowl.  Things could get messy there.

I’m off tomarrow and I am going to attempt to be productive, domestic even.  I seriously need to sort clothes.  Seems all of mine are m.i.a. with eldest child here again.  akkkkkkk. I sound like a broken record going on about her.

Had an actual day out with the spouse on Friday.  Movies, beers and snacks.  We saw the "Skeleton Key". Mark actually liked it! Mr. All-I-want-to-see-is-action movies man actually liked it! Kate Hudson is adorable, I can’t belive how much she looks like her mother Goldie Hawn. I’d kiss her. heh! Give me 6 Labatts and I’ll kiss everybody. ha!
