What a last few days. I really don’t have too much to write about lately.
 This weekend we got the last of the furniture that we needed to get from my boss’s house. This then led to the house being a mess all day Sunday, then redoing the living room yesterday. My place now looks sooo much smaller. Before all we had was the futon and entertainment center and now that we have a couch, loveseat then a lazy boy and a coffee table. It took me forever to figure out how I wanted the place set up. I mean we only had so much room to work with and I refuse to cover our fireplace. But it works now and my place looks like a house, not a dorm.
This weekend we have to go get our Xmas tree. Then I will be starting my Xmas shopping. I have not gotten ONE present. Ya, sue me. Hopefully though, this weekend it will all be done and I will not have to worry about it. Oh and were taking Xmas pictures this weekend to so if you want an Xmas card…..LEAVE ME UR ADDRESS!!
Oh that means I need to go get stamps too…..
I talked to an aunt last night what I haven’t spoken to in years, maybe three? Oy. What an emotional roller coaster that was. She’s my mom’s sister…after my mom passed the sisters made a pact that they would all come down and spend it with us. My sister and I, and well it hasn’t happened the last few years. Not a big deal, they all have kids and things they need to do but wow. She and I talked and I swear I miss my aunts. We talked for about an hour about everything going on. My dads new wife, what should have happened with my moms jewelry, and just catching up in general. I told her to come out next year in August, when Don and I get married. She’s really looking forward to it. I am too….I’m going to try to save some money and maybe go visit her in a few years. I mean I don’t think I could move to Ohio. It was like 40ish this morning….there is NO WAY I could live in snow. Haha, she does want me and my sister to move out there though and its nice to know that she still thinks of us.
Donny and I decided that we will be getting married August of next year. August 11th to be exact. My parents were married August 7th, his parents were married August 9th and it only seemed like a great idea to get married on the 11th. I think it works. Ill start all my planning and everything in January when I have the money so yay for a wedding too! If anyone has any ideas on a wedding let me know. I’m clueless on where to start. That in itself is just crazy.
 I AM GETTING MARRIED…..
