a comeback?

Hmmm,

Not sure exactly what brought me back today, but seems like as good a time as any to return to my OD world. When I take a look at my old entries, I guess this is my usual style. I write a lot for a certain period of time, and then I vanish again, as my life gets busier, or something… lol!

The rest of the school year went relatively well, I managed to get good grades, they haven’t quite translated to any bursaries for the moment, but we’ll see, there’s time yet. I did get a lovely letter congratulating me for making it on the dean’s list… guess that’s a plus.

Just got back from a one month vacation. I spent a few days in New York City with Julie, then a week in Manchester on an exchange with the Manchester choir. We were there during Sparkle, the national transgender festival… let me tell you that made for an interesting crowd at our concert… lol!

I then spent two weeks in Spain with Julie. We hit Madrid, Toledo, Sevilla, Granada and Barcelona. Little pale blonde me actually managed to get some decent colour… lol! I am unable to eat cured meats for the next couple of weeks at least, but it was fun. Also spent three days in London due to a missed flight. Suffice it to say my credit card is steaming, my bank account is crying and I’m going to be doing overtime for the rest of the summer if I plan to have any money for school… lol! I think it was worth it.

Other than that things haven’t changed much, but here’s hoping right?
