Who’s counting the .2 though…right?  Okay so I didn’t exactly lose but I didn’t gain a whole cow either. Will I ever see 125? Honestly with the way I’ve been eating lately. Nope. I don’t know what my problem is. I’ve never been addicted to chocolate like I am now. I just have to have it. I even went as far as eating the fucking chocolate chips from my pantry. Now THAT IS SAD and disgusting.

I will get back on track. I’ve done well so far today. Its the evenings that I generally cave at. Please give me strength to behave. I really, for my own mentality want to see 125. Just once.

My muscles in my legs are killing me. It hurts to walk. It hurts stand. It just hurts. The only time I get relief is when I sit down but then when I have to get up again. Ouch!  My legs aren’t used to getting such a work out. Yesterday (Sunday) I woke up early. At the ass crack of dawn. 7 am. Not sure why but I was feeling refreshed from having slept all night so I got up and headed down to the bay. I proceeded to walk the trail. I walked from start to finish which was 3500 metres. Of course once there I had to walk 3500 back again. I decided to be brave and run on the way back. I think I ran about 3/4 of it. It felt good. Until today that is. After working out today on the elliptical, treadmill and Arc trainer my legs are telling me to chill the eff out already.  

I calculated the distance and it works out to about 4.5 miles. I figure I ran about 1.5 or 2 of them. I’m pretty happy with that. Maybe I’ll do that twice a week and the gym the rest of the days. I don’t really like going to the gym on hot days. IT gets so friggin hot in there and hotness combined with sweaty stinky people who don’t care what they smell like makes me kinda wanna puke.

i think you rock the party no matter what you weigh:) good work and AWESOME with the running!!!

You should be damn effing proud for running! That is awesome, no wonder the legs are a burning today!

I love running – I would do it more often if I had greater stamina, but I spose it’s slowly increasing. I know what you mean about going to gyms on hot days – it’s ok at the moment because it’s winter here and any excuse to warm up is fine with me, but summer – ick – I hate dripping in sweat! I am not a runner, sooo you’re just amazing!! LOL And I am in a huge stump too, it sucks! All these sweets again. it’s only .2 though =P You’re there. And you’re awesome. xoox

Good job running some of the trail. That’s awesome! You are going to be in a marathon yet. I wrote our fav diarist a note but it’s private so I thought I would paste it here.
