Up 2 lbs. I knew I would be. It’s been a crazy week and I missed the gym 3 times last week with the prom, 2 graduations and hubbies birthday. Oh well here’s hoping next week is better.
For some reason, I’m okay with this gain. I guess becuase I’ve told myself all week I’d have a gain. I wonder why when I tell myself I’m going to gain I actually do but when I tell myself I’m going to lose I don’t. Something is wrong with that picture. 😡

I wish it would work out that way “I bet I lost 5 pounds this week..” and then you did? Now THAT would be nice! Good for you for not letting it get you down. It was a hectic week, nothing wrong with a small gain. It’s nothing compared to the pounds that you’ve lost! I gained 3 pounds this past week from my brother and sisters grad stuff as well. It’s really unavoidable, if you ask me!

I am loving this attitude. Keep it up ok? I think naturally thin people would be like oh darn, I am a little up on the scale today, I will just get back to my normal eating pattern…and then they get on with their day. You are sounding more and more like you are getting the mental aspect of it down too. Not that your mental, or maybe you are…I am and I like you so that could mean something lol
