Weigh In
Same as last week 137
Next week will probably be a gain. I’m tired of maintaing so this week I’m going to eat MORE than I have been and then I’m going to go back to eating regularly so my metabolism will get a kick in the ass and start co-operating with me.
Yes I know a maintain is better than a gain. You are ABSOLUTELY right BUT I just want to lose 12 more lbs. 12 people. Is that too much to ask for?
Gah please let me have a good weigh in soon or I’m going to go postal on a box of chocolates :p

I know it’s frustrating! You are doing so well though. I am sure this mix up with the food and maybe doing some different exercises or even HIIT for some of them will trick your metabolism and get you out of the rut. You are still doing so great in my books!

i was so wanting to go postal on a box of chocolates last night! thankfully there wasn’t a box of chocolates in the flat, or i might well have done. i always find it really hard upping my food intake for some reason! but i know i have to. take care 🙂

Ive heard weight loss is down to the way you ate/exercised 2 weeks before weigh in rather than the previous week. I dont know if that helps xxx
