No gain, no loss. Damn I’ve hit a plateau. Welcome to Plateauville. I’m going to mix my gym routine up a bit and see if I can kick start the weight loss again. I get discouraged when I don’t lose. I know a maintain is better than a loss but I want a loss each and every week dammit. I don’t care if that sounds selfish it’s what i want :p

i hit a plateau a few weeks back – it was so disheartening. but you can break through it 🙂 look how well you’ve already done!
