Loss of 2 lbs.
Over all loss of 99 lbs Since Jan.
I WILL hit that -100 mark before Jan 3. I have to :):)
What the crap? I’ve eaten more this week then I have before and I lost 2 lbs? I guess I should start adding shortbread cookies to my daily food hahaha!

I started reading your diary from the beginning and you are such an inspiration. What did you do to lose the weight, i know you said you were on your own little plan. Walking, no sodas, lots of water but were you just watching what you were eating. Im so excited that youve lose 100 pounds! Well almost..hehe…thats so inspiring. It makes me think that i can really do it. Thank you for everything..

I need to loose 100 pounds and i have just ONE question…have you done anything to ascertain that you will be firm or have you been left behind with dreaded “baggy” skin??

it’s amazing that you’ve lost 99 pounds in less than a year – I’m certain that you’re very proud of yourself, as you should be. Any words of advice to somebody just starting the journey?
