UP 2 LBS! 
 
For the first time in 10 months I’ve gained weight. I’m mad at myself. I had already lost those stupid pounds and now I have to lose them again. GRRR.  I know part of it’s because I have been "snacking" before bed. Hubby will make a sandwich and I will have a bite or two, or three, and before I know it I’ve eaten half a sandwich and then climb into bed. That’s WRONG!  I will not eat before bed anymore. I do not want to lose pounds I’ve already lost.
 
I’m not gonna smash my head against a wall over this. Live and learn and move on. (grumble grumble)
 
I  didn’t want to post today. I feel like such a failure but I have to be accountable for my actions.
 
Nov 14th mini goal (not attainable now dammit)

You are doing fine! You’ve accomplished so much…and you know that losing those 2 lbs will be easy. I know you can do it. Just take things one step at a time. If you mess up, just get right back up and get back to it! And thanks for the notes that ya left me 🙂

I think it is great that you did come here and post. And something even greater was that you pinpointed what is making you gain weight. And it wasn’t from gorging on bad food etc but just from a little nibbling at night. I am sure you will be able to nip that in the bud and be on the downward spiral again!

Don’t stress too much it’s only two pounds, I’m sure if you try hard you can lose it quickly!

You arent a failure, only having one tiny gain in the past 10 months is an amazing achievement! I always gain every month, EVERY MONTH without fail due to my lady-issues and it gets me down but I just get on with it and know Im going to lose that nasty gain the week after, which you will too. Youve done so well so far and posting it is a good step to take, dont be so hard on yourself xxxx

To only have one gain in 10 months is definately not the mark of a failure. You have been doing great but it is normal to have a blip every once in a while. Good luck this week!

dont worry about it… just instead of eating that sandwich get a glass of water or some hor tea… you’ll be ok though i’m rooting (i dont know the correct spelling for the way i mean that lol) for you
