Hey..thanks for the note! No it wasn’t a treadmill…it was a stepper machine…I dunno what it was called. Oh well..it worked me out.

RYN: LOL…I have no clue what it was. All I know is that it has 2 pedal-type things that you stand on…and then you start stepping…it kinda goes in a circular motion like a bicycle does…except you’re standing…it was harsh.
