Thursday Food Log

I know not everyone cares what I’ve eaten in a day and I really don’t pay that close attention to it but since a few have asked I will post my menu’s for a couple of days. Feel free to skip it :).
.

Breakfast:

  • Oatmeal Crisp Cereal
  • 1 % milk
  • Water

Snack

  • Vegetable thins – a handful
  • Water

Lunch

  • Grilled chicken ceasar salad with cheese curds in it.
  • water


Snack

  • Protein bar

Dinner

  • Homemade pizza consisting of : 1 medium pita, pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, pepperoni, onions
  • 1/2 hamburger bun with garlic spread
  • Water          

Snack

  • Going to have yogurt and bran
  • Green Tea

Exercise

  • 20 mins on the Precor
  • 15 mins circuit training

I felt like I was going to throw up after I got to the gym so I booked out early and came home…I still feel yucky but not yucky enough to not eat.
Short term goal..Ultimate Goal

There is no way I am going to make my April Fools goal. 20 lbs in one month.

 Ha, a girl can dream! Oh well I’m going to leave this up here anyway because I think those dudes are cool lookin’.

You eat so healthily, you must feel so great. I had a question – you don’t have to answer if you don’t want to.. but since you’ve lost quite an amount of weight, how has your skin been? Do you still have a lot of elasticity? Do you have a lot of extra skin, or because of exercise, is it all pretty much firmed up?

Would u suggest anyone who is losing weight should try green tea? Ive heard its really good for weight loss, but not many people I know here drink it, think its just not around much in the UK, so Ive been dying to ask someone how they have found drinking it. xxxxx

Are u going to really stop at 140 lbs ? 🙂 I think you should keep going. You’re such an inspiration to me. 🙂 My weightloss is gettin better since i work out daily again now that I have a health club membership. 🙂 I feel “Curvy” today. 🙂 How are you ? 🙂
