Last day for the current challenge
Today is the last day for the current challenge. I will need your totals posted (if you haven’t already :), some have) by Tuesday so I can declare a winner.
To find your total weight loss take your starting weight on the day the challenge started and subtract your ending weight today, the day the challenge ends and let me know.
Another challenge will start tomorrow. It will run from June 13th to June 26th inclusive. It will be a weight loss challenge and a WATER CONSUMPTION challenge.
Weight loss is simple, take starting weight and subtract ending weight. For the water consumption just keep track of the total amount of water (in oz if possible) that you drank.

Total challenge loss: 4 pounds. I had forgotten to count exercise minutes, but I’m not sure if that was a challenge this time around. If it was I’ll have to wait till the next round. Count me in for the water challenge!
