For Awhile

I’d like to write more.
I’d like to leave more notes.
But until this unending election is over, I probably won’t.
I figure by now, most of us know our decision so why so many complaints, rants and sometimes inaccurate reporting of events?
I just won’t get involved in agreeing or disagreeing.
I have no need to try to convince others how to vote.
I’m just glad people vote.

Aloha… I sure will be glad when this election is finally over… Whoever wins… sure has a lot of work ahead of them… Sigh…

I am truly upset about the ugly turns in this election. I hope we can all be friends afterwards.

Elections are like a fever. We sweat it out. The fever breaks. We’re a little weak in the knees for a bit and soon we are back to our old selves again. Ciao,

amen

Amen!!!! No matter who a body favors in this election, stuff being said and done will sicken the soul! I am definitely going to vote, but like you I’m staying a bit mum about it! As a friend of mine says, “the more you stir it the worst it stinks!”

I’m with YOU! I hope I’m intelligent enough to decide for whom I should vote without the help of rants and ravings from people here. Or the media, for that matter. Love you,

RYQ: Yes, indeed, it was just a typo, sorry, Marie Elena. I was really surprised that I was so close to a being founding ODer. My son Christopher Robin was always avante guarde in technoland so I guess I shouldn’t be too amazed that he was there even closer to the founding of OD. I haven’t heard from him yet to get his take. My joy in this world is enhanced by living in a village with peoplelike you. Ciao,

I agree with all your thoughts here. I refuse to allow my attention to be diverted away from issues and qualities of leadership, and I believe my choice is personal and private. RYN: Thank you for the encouragement. Your sense of fulfillment with your painting is very inspiring.

We agree. We need to have a day there cavorting between the parks wearing our Mickey Mouse shirts. It’s time.

It irks me when somebody says something so wrong, yet they insist they are right; e.g., Obama is a Muslum. He is a Christian & actually belongs to my church, the UCC.
