I have been doing so good with my diet. I went out to lunch today with some friends I had not seen in a while. I ate more than I should have and almost exceeded my calorie intake for the day.
I want to skip my afternoon snack and dinner.
I want to get on the treadmill and burn every single calorie I consumed for lunch today.
I am freaking out, man!
