Where did September go?
It’s October already!
This past weekend we went to Djrs baptism. I was so stressed out because I had nothing cute to wear. We went gift shopping Friday afternoon and I had no chance to pick out something for myself.
I don’t know what I would have worn to the party/misa had I not seen my lavender/tan/grey top sitting in my closet…
I got it for $20.00 at Tj Maxx while I was losing weight the last time… It fit a little tight but I was positive I would keep dieting… and I bought it anyway. Super cute. Even though I had no event to wear it to, I could save it in the closet for my anniversary or my birthday. I stopped dieting… and the shirt was too tight by our anniversary and did not look good on me anymore.
Definitely did NOT fit on my birthday either.
Since I had been at it for two weeks already, and started noticing a difference in a few items I had worn to work, I decided to try it on.
AND IT FIT!
So I wore my gorgeous top and some black slacks, and boy am I glad I did!!! I actually felt confident in my clothes at a party!
My mom noticed I was looking more fit instantly. She was like, "YOU LOOK GOOD! What are you doing?"
A few people I had not seen in a while told me I looked thinner too, which is always nice to hear.
I’m not going crazy with my diet, but I see myself getting full with much less than before. I am doing a good job, I have fit into some 8s already. I am not stopping until I am atleast a size 5. Hopefully by the end of the year I will be wearing an 8, and size 10 pants will be too big to even try on.
This year we will be going to Georgia for Thanksgiving to see my husbands uncle. So there is a probability that we will not be going to the Black Friday sales, which I excidetly blogged about in my last post=( It’s okay. The way things are going, I am just like "OH, JUST ANOTHER DISSAPOINTMENT."
