MIL TEMPTATION

It’s hard to say no to my mother in law. Last night we were invited over her house for dinner.
I thought about it really hard because I always end up "BREAKING THE DIET" when I go there to eat.

Her food is THE BOMB DOT COM!

The only perk about it is that she cooks using the very least fat and salt that she can, without making the food taste blah.

I ate a drumstick (grilled), a home made tortilla, 1/2 cup beans, 1/2 cup potatoes and about 2 tablespoons of salsa.

I was satisfied, but not full. When I got home, I added up my calories and saw I still had enough left for a snack.

I ate some Rancheritos with salsa Valentina . (1 oz, not very much but it put the little CHIP BUG to sleep.)

Yesterday I ate some raw veggies for lunch, and discovered how much I like red bell pepper. I kept eating and eating and eating it! I also discovered I don’t like celery very much. Atleast not two stems. One isn’t so bad.

I must buy some more red bell peppers, they are so expensive though. I think we spent like 3.49 for that ONE!

Strawberries too. They are so low cal, and so delicious and so darn expensive!

I can’t decide if I want to weigh myself every week or every two weeks. I think I would get very discourage if I weighed every week but then again atleast I will know if I am on the right track or not…

#2. ON MY PLACES TO GO STUFF MY FACE WHEN I AM SKINNY IS MILANO’S PIZZA.

I AM GOING TO ORDER A LARGE CHEESE PIZZA AND EAT IT ALL BY MYSELF.

Sure am.
