WB made a good fish effort last night. I didn’t mind the texture, but he went a little overboard with the lemon and it made the fish taste bitter and dirty. We’ll try olive oil next time and leave the lemon on the side. Hopefully, it comes out better. Maybe we’ll try halibut next time.

ooh halibut is super easy to make, and super light/good. S&P the fist first. i like to make a mix of a light mustard/white wine/lemon coating – brush it on and put it in the broiler for 10-20 depending on the thickness.
