They Call You Lucifer’s Angel

I’m cold.  I think that’s the first thing I can say about today.

Second would be that this was definitely a blonde day… full of all sorts of blonde moments.  I mean, the entire department had them today… just stupid stuff; I would print out some information and on my way to the printer, forget what I was doing; leaving stuff in random places, etc.  Luckily, no one commented on it, but that’s mainly because everyone had them… everyone was doing it; emailing the wrong people for issues, and not attaching attachments to the emails that did go to the right person.  Yeaaaaah.  Guppy didn’t have lunch with me today, he was busy in the deli doing prep work, so I spent my time listening to the people around me talk, munching on a little food and working on my story.  It wasn’t a productive day at all when it comes to my writing… I got up late and didn’t get a chance to write this morning.  Shame on me.  But I’m so damned tired.

It’s storming again tonight.  Been storming and icky for the past few days.  I don’t mind it, but it just gives me a cold, lonely feeling.  It’s one of those nights when i just want to curl up with someone special and watch T.V. and the like.  Too bad my someone special’s all the way across the country right now.

Tonight’s game night; Matt’s running Dead Reign over vent, but I didn’t feel like playing.  I skipped out, gave my apologies and decided to work on cats for a while and possibly doze off early tonight… If I ever get anything to eat. x.x Mom’s night to cook but she’s playing Cake Shop 2 and I don’t know if she’ll be done with it anytime soon. ::laughs:: I’d whine and complain except for the fact that if our positions were reversed, I’d be doing the same thing… or maybe playing Torchlight.  Either way.  Thats one of the worst things about being a geek, and having a mother who’s a geek also.

Tomorrow’s payday. I’d be more excited about it if it wasn’t for the fact that I have a 220 dollar bill that came up unexpectantly.  Well, it’s a lot more than that, but I’m making 220 dollar payments on it every two weeks for… welll… forever.  Thank the gods that I get a bonus check next month. I might be able to put that away to pay for some of it.

Or it might end up going to paying for getting my aunt here… she’s talking about moving up this way and we promised that we’d help pay her way.  Whee. x.x

I guess I’m glad i picked up Sword of Mana and Katamari Dynasty really cheap last night, they’ll be the last new games I can afford for a while.
