7/31/05

I seem to be writeing in here a whole lot. More then I planed when I made this thing. But alas..My friend that girl who was trying to tell me something that she just couldn’t? Well, I went to her blog and she left me a poem she wrote about me..well.. more or less, like a letter to me. The girl is an awesome writeer, she has a way with words I tell you.

I wish that I wasn’t guilty
Of hiding what I am
That I showed people what they wanted
And kept the rest of it in
I wish that I could say
That I was truthful with you
But I can’t let you know
The pain I’m going through
It takes so much of me
To keep writing this down
So please think kind things
When you finally find out
And I promise that I won’t hide
If you ever find my heart
And I swear that I would tell you
If I knew where to start…

It seirously brought tears to my eyes. She wants to tell me but she feels like she can’t. I told her whenever she’s ready to talk I’ll be there for her. It must be really hard. It really must be…

That’s a nice poem…I hope what she has to tell you ins’t terrible…when someone tells me “I’ve got something to tell you, but I’m kinda afraid to,” I panic. But I don’t mean to make you nervous!!! Hope everything goes over okay. Take care,

When I said, “I flat out refuse to become an adult that is disconnected with the world we live in.” I should have just said “I flat out refuse to become an adult that is disconnected with the world” or even “our world”. Does that make it a bit more clear. I mean, I wasn’t just talking about how they’re disconnected with teens, but with technology as well, and everything.

Maybe she’s not used to having someone want to listen to her. When you’re in pain, even though you try to disguise it, you often feel that others should know, or at least know your pain, so when no one says anything, or does anything— and then out of the blue someone wants you to talk about— it ccan be a shock. I’m sorry about the you and Jo situation. I hope you see him sooN!: )

As far as I know, Gavin DeGraw has never done country, in fact, the CD that I have of him right now is either his first or near first CD out, so it’s pretty safe to say that he’s never done country. No putting down country though, I mean, I like music, period, and love seeing talent. 🙂 Anyway, seriously give that song a try. I love it. I good lovey song is “More Than Anything” by Gavin, 🙂
