sleep stuff

I usually don’t think about my own sleep situation. I’m not overworked or insomniac, and until recently, the only odd thing I noticed was that I took more naps and those left me more tired than I was before.

I’m still sleeping pretty well at night, but lately, there have been some weird things going on. I find myself getting up in the middle of the night more often (usually just for a drink). This is only once a night or so, but I usually never did it. Also, I remember doing it. Usually, when I get up in the middle of the night, I only have my dwindled supply of juice to remind me.

I’ve also been dreaming more vividly. I know I’ve typically dreamt a lot when sleeping, and I usually have the “problem” of forgetting everything I saw and said. They’ve been sticking with me more lately, and I don’t like it. Just last night, I remember the entire last few minutes of what I dreamed, including some hazy images and clear dialogue. I’m not writing about them here.
